Refund policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

Once an order is confirmed and processing has begun, cancellations may not be possible, as our jewelry pieces are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure quality and safety.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at zyrelle@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Zyrelle reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests for orders that are already shipped, customized, or made-to-order.
